I’m Jamie Cross, founder of Cross Property Consultants, an independent vendor advocacy service based in Sydney.
Before launching this business, I spent 15 years as a plasterer, working hands-on in homes and learning what makes a property truly stand out. In 2017, I followed my passion for real estate and went all in. By my third year, I was selling over 50 homes annually and ranked among the top agents in my area.
But success didn’t blind me, it opened my eyes.
I met incredible agents who genuinely cared about their clients. I also saw the other side: sellers misled by unrealistic price promises, pressured into poor decisions, or left confused about the process. Too many homeowners didn’t know where to start, what questions to ask, or how to protect their interests.
That’s why I started Cross Property Consultants.
I’m not here to sell your home, I’m here to help you sell it smarter. Whether it’s a one-off consult to educate you on the process or full campaign oversight, I’ll guide you every step of the way. I’ll help you choose the right agent, negotiate fees, and catch the tricks that some agents use to win listings but cost sellers tens of thousands, and even more in stress.
